Registration and Lodging Reservation at MBL

The 2026 Dynamic Vegetation Modeling and Observations Conference will take place at the Marine Biological Laboratory’s Swope Conference Center in Woods Hole, Massachusetts. The Swope Conference Center offers on-site lodging and a dining cafeteria, where conference participants can share meals and foster conversation and collaboration.

The conference fee includes:

  • Access to the full scientific program
  • Two evening poster session mixers
  • Coffee and snack breaks

On-site lodging at MBL covers your selected room and all meals for the duration of the conference. See below for an overview of our 2026 prices.

Early bird registration prices are available through Friday, March 13, 2026. After this date, meeting registration fees will increase by $50.
